Fortitudo in Corpore, Pax in Animo, Devotio erga Deum

which in latin means, “Strength in Body, Peace in Mind, Devotion to God.”

The core of my discipline is the pursuit of a life deeply rooted in spiritual practice, where the physical and mental disciplines serve as vital tools to support my journey toward God. Inspired by the monastic tradition, I seek to cultivate a balanced life that prioritizes spiritual growth while maintaining the physical and mental strength necessary to sustain it.

I am in the process of creating a monastic-inspired schedule that centers on a structured daily routine, dedicated to fostering virtues such as perseverance, humility, and resilience. My primary aim is to draw closer to God, nurturing a spirit that is unwavering in devotion and grounded in peace.

My ultimate goal is to grow in holiness, embodying the virtues of perseverance and commitment in all aspects of my life. The physical and mental disciplines I engage in are not ends in themselves but are integral to my spiritual journey, helping me to overcome the obstacles that hinder my progress toward God.

In this pursuit, I seek to embody a life of devotion, where every action—whether in prayer, study, or physical training—is directed toward the greater glory of God. By living a disciplined life that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit, I hope to grow in faith, deepen my spiritual understanding, and become a more effective instrument of God’s will.
